The HAST Novice Program is a year round program, introducing the kids to competitive swimming, that you can try for just eight (8) weeks.

HAST Practices

Practices are held at the Hastings MS Pool at 1100 Pine Street. They are scheduled Monday through Friday evenings during the school year. During the summers the main practice is outdoors in the mornings at the Hastings Family Aquatic Center. Check the Calendar to see the current practice schedule.
