HAST adult masters Program
SWIM FOR FUN, FITNESS AND SKILL

ALL ABILITY LEVELS ARE WELCOME.
(beginning lap swimmer > former competitive swimmer &/or triathletes)

We will provide practice & training opportunities appropriate to each swimmer.

HAST Practices

• Spring Summer Season Starts on Monday - March 22nd, 2010.
• Held at the Hastings MS Pool at 1000 Pine Street.
• (7:30-8:30pm) on Monday - thru - Thursday when pool is available.
